Fibra is a Hong Kong-based supplier of non-wood pulp. We do not run mills; we run the part of the supply chain that mills are structurally bad at: qualification, specification, documentation, seasonal planning and delivery into Europe. Our value is that a converter in Rotterdam or Milan can buy Asian fibre with the confidence of a domestic purchase.
What we are
Supplier, not broker. Source, not mill.
A broker forwards offers. A supplier stands behind the goods. Fibra contracts the pulp, fixes the spec window, arranges testing and inspection, and answers for the shipment after it lands. The mills stay experts at pulping; we stay accountable for everything between their gate and yours.
Origins
Sourced where the fibre actually grows.
Bamboo pulping is concentrated in southwest China. Bagasse pulping follows the sugar belts of Guangxi and India. Fibra qualifies parallel sources in each, so no single mill, region or harvest owns your supply.

- Sichuan & Guizhou. The center of gravity of world bamboo pulping. Bleached and unbleached kraft grades, FSC chain of custody available on certified lines.

- Guangxi sugar belt. The densest cluster of tableware-grade bagasse pulping, with short freight legs to southern export ports.
- IN · Bagasse
- Indian sugar-mill clusters. The world's deepest bagasse pulping base and the natural second origin: different season, different price dynamics, different routing.
- Season
- Crush runs roughly October to March. We contract across the season and plan buffer stock so availability does not follow the harvest curve.
Logistics & terms
Trade terms a European buyer recognizes.
Mill-direct trade usually means prepayment, container-scale minimums and documents that arrive late and wrong. We quote and deliver the way European procurement works.
- Incoterms
- FOB, CFR, CIF through DDP. You choose where our responsibility ends, including delivered-duty-paid to your plant.
- Currency
- EUR or USD quotation. Payment instruments to suit the relationship stage, from letter of credit to agreed terms.
- Ports
- All main EU gateways. Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg and the Mediterranean ports, with routing planned around current Asia-Europe transit realities.
- Cargo care
- Moisture is the enemy at sea. Bales packed and containers prepared with moisture discipline, because pulp that ships at 10-12% should arrive that way.
- Volumes
- Trial lot first, then scale. Sampling, a trial shipment, then contract supply on a schedule matched to your production plan.
